Photography is a primary way in which I explore the built and natural environments. Attempting to capture the essence of a dynamic space with nothing but a static image often leads to a better understanding of that space.
It should be noted that the vast majority of the photographs displayed here have not received any kind of post processing; rarely even cropping or rotating. Upon purchasing my dSLR a number of years ago, I firmly decided to build my craft solely with the camera before allowing post processing to become a significant part of my process. I have started incorporating post-processing into my work flow, most notably when photographing my design work.
I have a flickr account, so those interested in viewing more than I have displayed here should definitely check it out.
