Light Table

I regularly layer drawings in my design process, and find light tables very useful. I rarely work on large canvases, and so designing a compact one felt worthwhile. The design attempts to emphasize the spread of light from the fluorescent strip. I had significant help building it from my dad, Andrew, as I lacked woodworking experience at the time, and the project had numerous angular cuts. The row of removable dowels allows hole punched paper to quickly and easily be layered, if that mode of working is desired.
